Spectators: 6783 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1783, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Baydan Hutton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Donavan O'Down tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 8 minutes into the game, Riddoc Savic was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Clifferna Utd's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Castleore FC the free kick. Riddoc Savic kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Harkin McPhil might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Donavan O'Down. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Harkin McPhil ran back to his position shaking his head. Baydan Hutton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th play minute Riddoc Savic came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Mack Hutton. 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Baydan Hutton in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Donavan O'Down prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Castleore FC's Harkin McPhil in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Clifferna Utd's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Clifferna Utd getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Ainnle MaCollin hit a great ball. Harkin McPhil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donavan O'Down having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Clifferna Utd's Ainnle MaCollin got a free kick in the 33rd minute. After having played for 35 minutes, Baydan Hutton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Castleore FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baydan Hutton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Harkin McPhil struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Donavan O'Down didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Castleore FC. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ainnle MaCollin during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ainnle MaCollin kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Baydan Hutton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Baydan Hutton to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 63rd minute, Castleore FC's Harkin McPhil dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. In the 67th minute Baydan Hutton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donavan O'Down saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Harkin McPhils short, quick shot in the 69thth minute got Donavan O'Down to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 75th match minute, Castleore FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bryan McPhilip to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Dermod Murphy 's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mack Hutton was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. The supporters of Clifferna Utd booed when Castleore FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bryan McPhilip didn't get a good kick on the ball. Phillip McPhil hit a great ball. Riddoc Savic received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Rollin McSteve took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 85th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mack Hutton. Castleore FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Harkin McPhil who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 86thth minute tested the skills of Donavan O'Down when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Donavan O'Down took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baydan Hutton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kevion Dalton 's late challenge caught a Castleore FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kevion Dalton helped the player get up and apologised. 90 minutes into the match, Harkin McPhil notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Clifferna Utd's Donavan O'Down. Donavan O'Down was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Clifferna Utd's Kevion Dalton got a free kick in the 95th minute. Castleore FC's Baydan Hutton got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Castleore FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
