With a couple of smart ball manuevers Harkin McPhil in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Burke Morrison saved Altakeeran from getting behind. With a little luck, Castleore FC's Mack Hutton got control of the ball when Geoffrey Deery tried to sneak it across the goal line. 22 minutes into the game, Heron Gillmour recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mack Hutton. Heron Gillmour showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Baydan Hutton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Burke Morrison stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Baydan Hutton's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Harkin McPhil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Burke Morrison tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Harkin McPhil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Burke Morrison having to interfere. When Brennon Rogers fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Altakeeran's protests and gave Brennon Rogers a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Altakeeran's Brennon Rogers got a free kick in the 39th minute. Baydan Hutton blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Burke Morrison having to make a save. Harkin McPhil struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Burke Morrison didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Castleore FC. Burke Morrison took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harkin McPhil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Heron Gillmour made the kick off in the second half. Geoffrey Deery fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mack Hutton having to interfere. If Harkin McPhil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Castleore FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Bryan McPhilip hit a great ball. Heron Gillmour might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mack Hutton. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Heron Gillmour ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 70th minute, Harkin McPhil got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 95th minute Baydan Hutton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Burke Morrison saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 96th minute, Philip Deery hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Baydan Hutton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
