In the 22nd minute, Séamus McPaul reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Burke Morrison. The goal made the score 1-0. A hard shot by Ravan Taylor from long distance, 33 minutes into the match, got Burke Morrison's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Geoffrey Deery struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Boland Bayes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Altakeeran. The supporters of Altakeeran booed when Killinkere was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bivadi McWill didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Heron Gillmour was the one to do the kick off. Boland Bayes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geoffrey Deery, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Killinkere's Boland Bayes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Killinkere from getting a goal against them. After 69 played minutes, Killinkere's Brendanus Callaghan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Burke Morrison came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Killinkere reached it. 71 minutes into the match, Altakeeran's goal looked a bit too open when Séamus McPaul came free, but Burke Morrison reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Killinkere getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Séamus McPaul hit a great ball. Philip Deery kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. If Heron Gillmour had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 86th minute, Séamus McPaul hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Séamus McPaul received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Burke Morrison tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Séamus McPaul got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
