Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the match, Colnamona Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Davie McWill came free, but Bealtaine Taylor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Davie McWill kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bealtaine Taylor. That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. Suibhne Brennan's late challenge caught a Colnamona Utd's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Suibhne Brennan helped the player get up and apologised. Colnamona Utd's Brenan McBjarton couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 10th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Killeagh. After 13 minutes, Gehan Hutton mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Killeagh and the Colnamona Utd players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 13th minute, Gehan Hutton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Davie McWill might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bealtaine Taylor. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Davie McWill ran back to his position shaking his head. Davie McWill fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bealtaine Taylor having to interfere. Donald Byrne charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Donald Byrne the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Colnamona Utd's Donald Byrne got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Benedict Perth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cacey Robinson in the 26th minute of play. Davie McWill sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 36th minute, Davie McWill got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Paul McIan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd minute, Davie McWill fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Bealtaine Taylor, passed just outside the right post. The audience was convinced that Banban Hamilton's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bealtaine Taylor was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Paul McIan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Paul McIan took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Benedict Perth to make any attempt to save it. Herich McJon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Benedict Perth made a huge save. In the 69th minute, Davie McWill got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Colnamona Utd's Donald Byrne got a free kick in the 70th minute. Banban Hamilton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Bealtaine Taylor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th match minute, Colnamona Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomás McFrank to maneuver through the defense. Killeagh's Benedict Perth proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Killeagh from getting a goal against them. Bealtaine Taylor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Davie McWill, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Banban Hamilton blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bealtaine Taylor having to make a save. The supporters of Killeagh booed when Colnamona Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomás McFrank didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ryland Savic took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 88th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bealtaine Taylor. Colnamona Utd's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 91stth minute of the game Banban Hamilton who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Colnamona Utd's Bealtaine Taylor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Banban Hamilton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bealtaine Taylor having to interfere. The Colnamona Utd players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
