Spectators: 6815 (Terracing: 5815, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Inishnaneill's Brin Holt started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 2 minutes into the game, Aubrey McIan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gortnasate's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Inishnaneill the free kick. In the 3rd minute, Aubrey McIan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brin Holt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Bradagain Lavine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ricard Caffey kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Raymun Taylor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gortnasate's supporters rose to their feet, but Raymun Taylor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Blanche O'Neill breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Blanche O'Neill didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Baran Silke went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Raymun Taylor got free with Blanche O'Neill in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 24 minutes into the match, Gortnasate's goal looked a bit too open when Brin Holt came free, but Bradagain Lavine reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aubrey McIan hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 28th minute of the match Tiomoid McSteve shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bradagain Lavine showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Gortnasate's Bradagain Lavine played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brin Holt in the 30th minute of play. If Raymun Taylor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gortnasate's Raymun Taylor got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Gortnasate booed when Inishnaneill was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kaine Hamilton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Blanche O'Neill didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 42nd minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Gortnasate's Brendon McLiam in the 45th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Blanche O'Neill was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Inishnaneill through an amazing save. Raymun Taylor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Blanche O'Neill made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Raymun Taylor stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Inishnaneill defense, Brendon McLiam kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Blanche O'Neill. The Inishnaneill fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Blanche O'Neill should have stopped the shot. Brendon McLiam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Blanche O'Neill tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Blanche O'Neill made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brendon McLiam in the 57th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rownun Glen Crowe got free with Bradagain Lavine in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Blanche O'Neill showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raymun Taylor, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Brendon McLiam took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Blanche O'Neill. Blanche O'Neill dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Brendon McLiam in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Blanche O'Neill saved Inishnaneill from getting behind. Inishnaneill's Blanche O'Neill played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raymun Taylor in the 78th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Gortnasate's zone, Brin Holt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bradagain Lavine came out of the goal and Brin Holt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Blanche O'Neill showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raymun Taylor in the 81st minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Raymun Taylor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gortnasate fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. The audience was convinced that Raymun Taylor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Blanche O'Neill was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. Brendon McLiam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blanche O'Neill having to interfere.
