Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Moyard's Desmond Prunty started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Andrew Cassin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rourke Ryan having to interfere. In the 6th minute Andrew Cassin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rourke Ryan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 8 played minutes Moyard got a freekick which was hit by Jeremiah Doherty. After 10 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Brackagh! Moyards' Nolyn Hutton made a terrific save as he just managed to stop Braon Horgans penalty just before it crossed the line at his left post. In the 12th minute Moyard were awarded a corner. Braon Horgan went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 14th minute, Andrew Cassin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rourke Ryan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Desmond Prunty in the 19th minute of play forced Brackagh's goalkeeper Nolyn Hutton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andrew Cassin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rourke Ryan having to interfere. Rourke Ryan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrew Cassin in the 23rd minute of play. Desmond Prunty recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Brackagh's zone, Rory McGlynn stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nolyn Hutton came out of the goal and Rory McGlynn tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When %teams%'s Desmond Prunty was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 1-1 just inside the left pole, 32 minutes into the game. Nolyn Hutton was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. Rourke Ryan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrew Cassin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Desmond Prunty received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Nolyn Hutton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st minute Desmond Prunty shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nolyn Hutton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 43rd minute by Desmond Prunty got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side.

The wind increased when Andrew Cassin made the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Andrew Cassin rounded Moyard's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. Rory McGlynn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Nolyn Hutton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 56 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Brackagh! Nolyn Hutton went to the wrong direction when Braon Horgan was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. After 63 played minutes Moyard got a freekick which was hit by Jeremiah Doherty. Cullan Beckett hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Brackagh's Nolyn Hutton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Desmond Prunty in the 73rd minute of play. In the 81st minute, Desmond Prunty ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nolyn Hutton was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Rourke Ryan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrew Cassin in the 84th minute of play. The supporters of Moyard booed when Brackagh was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Phelim McWill didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rourke Ryan made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Donlevy McFrank sent off a good shot on target. In the 93rd minute, Desmond Prunty got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 95 minutes into the match, Moyard's goalkeeper Rourke Ryan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Donlevy McFrank. Rourke Ryan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Donlevy McFrank went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Brackagh had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
