Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Torrey McSteven started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. A collision led to Tullykinroe getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Ron McIan hit a great ball. Eoin McBrand recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Granavone AFC's zone, Aengus Keegan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baiste McLaughlin came out of the goal and Aengus Keegan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aengus Keegans short, quick shot in the 15thth minute got Baiste McLaughlin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Torrey McSteven could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Baiste McLaughlin made a huge save. After some careless play in the Granavone AFC defense, Torrey McSteven kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Baiste McLaughlin. The Granavone AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Baiste McLaughlin should have stopped the shot. Torrey McSteven hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Keelin Tierney in the 23rd minute of play forced Tullykinroe's goalkeeper Fionntán McBjarton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Torrey McSteven had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Torrey McSteven fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baiste McLaughlin having to interfere. Berrin McJohnny was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 45th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 46th minute, Aengus Keegan made a precise shot to the right of Baiste McLaughlin. Granavone AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eoin McBrand to strike the kick off in the second half. Breslin Tierney hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute Torrey McSteven shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baiste McLaughlin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aengus Keegan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baiste McLaughlin having to interfere. Torrey McSteven sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Keelin Tierney scored 5-1 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fionntán McBjarton, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Granavone AFC's Baiste McLaughlin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aengus Keegan in the 70th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ron McIan in the 77th minute of play forced Granavone AFC's goalkeeper Baiste McLaughlin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 88 minutes into the game, Tullykinroe's Torrey McSteven nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Baiste McLaughlin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-2. Baiste McLaughlin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torrey McSteven in the 93rd minute of the match. Baiste McLaughlin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aengus Keegan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
