With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dewain McFrank in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fionntán McBjarton saved Tullykinroe from getting behind. Torrey McSteven received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Terrence Hutton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Donahue McAaron's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fionntán McBjarton read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donahue McAaron in the 45th minute of play forced Tullykinroe's goalkeeper Fionntán McBjarton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 46 minutes into the match, Tullykinroe's goal looked a bit too open when Donahue McAaron came free, but Fionntán McBjarton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dewain McFrank made a kick off. Dewain McFrank hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Donahue McAaron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fionntán McBjarton having to interfere. Donahue McAarons short, quick shot in the 58thth minute got Fionntán McBjarton to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 61 minutes into the game, Aengus Keegan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Terrence Hutton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Terrence Hutton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aengus Keegan in the 65th minute of the match. Donahue McAaron might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fionntán McBjarton. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Donahue McAaron ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 74 minutes, Donahue McAaron managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cloghoge AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Donahue McAaron was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Cloghoge AFC's zone, Aengus Keegan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Terrence Hutton came out of the goal and Aengus Keegan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Aengus Keegan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 80 minutes, Donahue McAaron made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Tullykinroe's Fionntán McBjarton tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Donahue McAaron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fionntán McBjarton stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dewain McFrank's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Terrence Hutton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torrey McSteven, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Fionntán McBjarton didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 93rd minute, which inside left pole to 2-3. After a rather tough play, Cloghoge AFC's Rollin Callaghan got a free kick in the 95th minute.
