Beollan Doherty hit a great ball. Baiste McLaughlin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Desmond Prunty, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Rory McGlynn managed to get in a good position for a shot. Moyard's supporters rose to their feet, but Rory McGlynn was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baiste McLaughlin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Desmond Prunty sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 16 minutes, Beollan Doherty mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Granavone AFC and the Moyard players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 16th minute, Beollan Doherty hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 18th minute Desmond Prunty shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baiste McLaughlin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20thth minute of the game Desmond Prunty who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Granavone AFC's Baiste McLaughlin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Desmond Prunty had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Moyard's Desmond Prunty in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Granavone AFC's goalie prevented a goal. A hard shot 39 in the game by Desmond Prunty from a close distance when the talented Baiste McLaughlin managed to make a qualified save. Granavone AFC's players were relieved. Desmond Prunty sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Desmond Prunty had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 47 minutes into the game, Desmond Prunty cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Baiste McLaughlin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

54 minutes into the game, Desmond Prunty was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Moyard's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Granavone AFC the free kick. A collision led to Moyard getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Desmond Prunty hit a great ball. The supporters of Granavone AFC booed when Moyard was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Desmond Prunty didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 60th minute, Rory McGlynn made a precise shot to the right of Baiste McLaughlin. Granavone AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Keelin Tierney fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rourke Ryan having to interfere. Granavone AFC's Baiste McLaughlin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rory McGlynn in the 66th minute of play. After 66 played minutes Moyard got a freekick which was hit by Beara Jameson. The supporters of Moyard booed when Granavone AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bradagain O'Keefe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rourke Ryan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eoin McBrand, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Eoin McBrand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Rourke Ryan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Desmond Prunty struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Baiste McLaughlin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Moyard. Baiste McLaughlin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Desmond Prunty, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baiste McLaughlin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Desmond Prunty in the 87th minute of the match. Bradagain O'Keefe charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bradagain O'Keefe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bradagain O'Keefe hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Rory McGlynn spun around in front of the goal 89 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Granavone AFC's goal. Breslin Tierney, 96 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When the referee ended the match the Moyard players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
