Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Gavin Myler started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 6 played minutes Cork got a freekick which was hit by Devlin Moran. In the 8th minute, Gavin Myler left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tullow FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Rory McWilliam scored 0-2 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aubrey McPaul, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 16 played minutes Dermot Jameson could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 1-2 into the left cross. In the 19th match minute, Cork was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bedilia Deery to maneuver through the defense. Devlin Moran hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. 31 minutes into the match, Cork's goal looked a bit too open when Phillip McWillie came free, but Aubrey McPaul reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Phillip McWillie left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tullow FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Aubrey McPaul showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brazil Gollogley in the 35th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Bedilia Deery hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Renny McWilliam hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Damian Silke was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 40th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After the first half Tullow FC were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Aubrey McPaul showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gavin Myler, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Bedilia Deery kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Bearnard Kelly took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dermot Jameson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cork's Dermot Jameson got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Rory McWilliam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Tullow FC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Gavin Myler hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Cork's Devlin Moran got a free kick in the 92nd minute. The Cork supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Tullow FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Tullow FC.
