Rowe Ryan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donn Robinson in the 25th minute of the match. Kilcloher's Rowe Ryan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donn Robinson in the 53rd minute of play. Abbot Crowe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rowe Ryan having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, Kilcloher's goal looked a bit too open when Donn Robinson came free, but Rowe Ryan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Donn Robinson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Rowe Ryan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Donn Robinson in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rowe Ryan saved Kilcloher from getting behind.
