Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Beothach Deery took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Bunglass booed when Culmullin Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bradain Rogers didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ardán McSteve blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Blathmacc McPhilip having to make a save. Blathmacc McPhilip showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ardán McSteve in the 15th minute of the match. Beothach Deery sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 18th match minute, Bunglass was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Quinn McJohn to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st minute, Beothach Deery left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Culmullin Utd fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 24 played minutes Culmullin Utd got a freekick which was hit by Leon O'Neill. Ardán McSteve fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blathmacc McPhilip having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ardán McSteve made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beothach Deery in the 53rd minute of play forced Bunglass's goalkeeper Todd McWill to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bunglass's Todd McWill played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beothach Deery in the 54th minute of play. Donlan O'Down sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 70 minutes into the match, Bunglass's goal looked a bit too open when Beothach Deery came free, but Todd McWill reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ardán McSteve in the 71st minute of play forced Culmullin Utd's goalkeeper Blathmacc McPhilip to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daithi Hughes in the 73rd minute of play forced Culmullin Utd's goalkeeper Blathmacc McPhilip to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Blathmacc McPhilip made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daithi Hughes in the 75th minute of play. Blathmacc McPhilip came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Bunglass's Daithi Hughes. But to his dismay, Daithi Hughes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Culmullin Utd's Blathmacc McPhilip played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ardán McSteve in the 78th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Ardán McSteve put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Blathmacc McPhilip. Leon O'Neill kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ardán McSteve in the 90th minute of play forced Culmullin Utd's goalkeeper Blathmacc McPhilip to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Culmullin Utd players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Bunglass.
