Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ardán McSteve got the match started through his kick off. Knockboha's Conn Doyle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ardán McSteve in the 4th minute of play. Todd McWill showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Terrence Dimson in the 8th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Knockboha defense, Berrin Callaghan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Conn Doyle. The Knockboha fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Conn Doyle should have stopped the shot. Ardán McSteve sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 19th minute, Ardán McSteve made a precise shot to the right of Conn Doyle. Knockboha's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 25 minutes into the match, Knockboha's Brigid Lester broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Daithi Hughes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Conn Doyle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daithi Hughes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bunglass's Daithi Hughes got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 37th minute, Ardán McSteve got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 42 played minutes Bunglass got a freekick which was hit by Shiel McLian. Daithi Hughes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Conn Doyle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 48thth minute of the game Ardán McSteve who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Knockboha's Conn Doyle was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Knockboha players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Bunglass were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Terrence Dimson made a kick off. Daithi Hughes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ardán McSteve in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Conn Doyle prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Conn Doyle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ardán McSteve in the 62nd minute of play. Knockboha's Conn Doyle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ardán McSteve in the 68th minute of play. After 69 minutes, Kevion Branson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Knockboha and the Bunglass players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Knockboha getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Kevion Branson hit a great ball. A nice corner shot did that Bailey McFrank got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Conn Doyle quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ardán McSteve sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ardán McSteve might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Conn Doyle. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ardán McSteve ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 88th match minute, Bunglass was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ardán McSteve to maneuver through the defense. 89 minutes into the game, Daithi Hughes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Conn Doyle was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 93rd minute, Daithi Hughes made a precise shot to the right of Conn Doyle. Knockboha's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Bunglass's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
