Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Beag Prunty kicked off to start the match. In the 29th minute, Cockow Utd's Beag Prunty ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Banan Doherty. Banan Doherty yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Banan Doherty made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basil Hamilton in the 32nd minute of play. After 42 played minutes Cockow Utd got a freekick which was hit by Beag Prunty. Cockow Utd's Braden Mulvihill got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Barnaby McLiam to make the kick off. Kevion McPeter made an important save on a dangerous shot by Barnaby McLiam in the 55th minute. Darby Moran's late challenge caught a Cockow Utd's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Darby Moran helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Cockow Utd booed when Barnacahoge FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Darby Moran didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute, Branagain Johnson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Berchan Jameson kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. When Berchan Jameson fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barnacahoge FC's protests and gave Berchan Jameson a yellow card for diving instead. 66 minutes into the game, Cockow Utd's Beag Prunty nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Banan Doherty made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Basil Hamilton scored 4-0 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Banan Doherty, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 74 minutes into the game, Braden Mulvihill cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Banan Doherty was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Banan Doherty made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basil Hamilton in the 78th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Scothine Coyle in the 80th minute of play forced Barnacahoge FC's goalkeeper Banan Doherty to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85thth minute of the game Braden Mulvihill who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barnacahoge FC's Banan Doherty was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Banan Doherty showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Scothine Coyle, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. In the 90th minute Braden Mulvihill shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Banan Doherty saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kevis McGlenn kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. There was no doubt that Cockow Utd were the better team. Cockow Utd's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
