Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Donelle Kirby made the kick off which started today's match. The crowd rose to their feet as Altans's Donlevy McBrand slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fiachra Colwell. That made the score 1-0 after 11 minutes of play. Dolan McPaul showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Birr Mullan, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Beag Myler hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Fiachra Colwell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donlevy McBrand in the 19th minute of the match. A collision led to Altans getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Pearce McPeter hit a great ball. 26 minutes into the game, Donlevy McBrand recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fiachra Colwell. Donlevy McBrand showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Dolan McPaul showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donelle Kirby, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donelle Kirby in the 35th minute of play forced Altans's goalkeeper Dolan McPaul to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Birr Mullan in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dolan McPaul prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 42ndth minute of the game Donlevy McBrand who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kiniska's Fiachra Colwell was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fiachra Colwell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Donlevy McBrand's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. When Pearce McPeter came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Altans fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pearce McPeter couldn't finish the play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Donlevy McBrand to strike the kick off in the second half. Donelle Kirby recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Altans booed when Kiniska was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beag Myler didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 61 minutes of play, Kiniska's Birr Mullan made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dolan McPaul was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 65th minute Donelle Kirby shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dolan McPaul saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Birr Mullan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dolan McPaul having to make a save. After 72 played minutes Donelle Kirby rounded Altans's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-2. Beag Myler struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Dolan McPaul didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kiniska. If Birr Mullan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 86th minute, Bradain McSteven hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 88th minute, Donlevy McBrand got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pearce McPeter recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pearce McPeter hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Kiniska had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
