Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Bat McPhilip made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 6th minute, Corrigeenroe's Brady Horgan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Brenainn McAlphie. Brenainn McAlphie yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Breasal McLian kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Suibhne McMichel in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tathan Byrne prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 14 played minutes Corrigeenroe got a freekick which was hit by Binne Taylor. 25 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kilchreest FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel McDecland was slow to take the kick. During this time Corrigeenroe's players had a chance to rest. Corrigeenroe's Conor Callaghan was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Brenainn McAlphie in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 26 minutes into the match, Antaine McJon dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Brenainn McAlphie, 2-0. When Brady Horgan came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Corrigeenroe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Brady Horgan couldn't finish the play. Beckett Gallagher hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. A collision led to Kilchreest FC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Ennis Byrne hit a great ball. In the 45th match minute, Kilchreest FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Beckett Gallagher to maneuver through the defense. Ennis Byrne's late challenge caught a Corrigeenroe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ennis Byrne helped the player get up and apologised. Kilchreest FC's Keely Ramsey was substituted for Suibhne McMichel. Ennis Byrne hit a great freekick 49 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Keely Ramsey made the kick off in the second half. Tathan Byrne made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Keely Ramsey in the 56th minute of play. The supporters of Kilchreest FC booed when Corrigeenroe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilian Frankson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antaine McJon kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. When Keely Ramsey came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Kilchreest FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Keely Ramsey couldn't finish the play. Daniel McDecland's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Brenainn McAlphie read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. When Brady Horgan fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Corrigeenroe's protests and gave Brady Horgan a yellow card for diving instead. Brady Horgan hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute, Kilchreest FC's Keely Ramsey dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. Tathan Byrne made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Keely Ramsey sent off a good shot on target. Brenainn McAlphie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Binne Taylor in the 78th minute of play. Daniel McDecland kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Tathan Byrne made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gavin Dalton in the 87th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aaron McWill during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 88th minute, Aaron McWill hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Keely Ramsey took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tathan Byrne. Tathan Byrne dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. A collision led to Kilchreest FC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Beckett Gallagher hit a great ball. Kilchreest FC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Corrigeenroe's much stronger midfield.
