Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciarán Todd in the 4th minute of play forced Kilmeedy AFC's goalkeeper Roordan Branson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Brian Ramsey was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Brigid Perth showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. Brian Ramsey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Blamhac Scully, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Monasteroris FC's Brian Ramsey proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Monasteroris FC from getting a goal against them. Shea Todd lost his temper 20 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 20 played minutes Monasteroris FC got a freekick which was hit by Shea Todd. Brian Ramsey made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Carrigan Harkin sent off a good shot on target. In the 28th minute, Flannery Sheridan reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Brian Ramsey. The goal made the score 3-0. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Blathmacc Scully took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Brian Ramsey to make any attempt to save it. Brian Ramsey was out of position in the 35 minute of play, and Daron Colwell capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Daron Colwell really showed his touch with that goal: 5-0. A hard and well directed shot from Carrigan Harkin led 39 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Monasteroris FC's Brian Ramsey became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 6-0. Brian Ramsey was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Brigid Perth showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 7-0 in the 42 minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Monasteroris FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daron Colwell came free, but Brian Ramsey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Brigid Perth dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Brian Ramsey, 8-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 8-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Brigid Perth to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, Monasteroris FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bardan Hughes to maneuver through the defense. Monasteroris FC's Brian Ramsey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brigid Perth in the 56th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Daron Colwell left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kilmeedy AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. In the 64th minute Flannery Sheridan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brian Ramsey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brian Ramsey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daron Colwell in the 66th minute of play. Brian Ramsey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flannery Sheridan in the 83rd minute of the match. Ciarán Todd fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roordan Branson having to interfere. After 96 minutes of play, Kilmeedy AFC's Blathmacc Scully made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Brian Ramsey was left in no man's land by his defense there! It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Kilmeedy AFC had played much better football throughout.
