Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Binean McPhil kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paudraig McIan in the 5th minute of play forced Courtown's goalkeeper Beehan McBjarton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Courtown's Beehan McBjarton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quinton Gollogley in the 6th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Paudraig McIan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Quinton Gollogley in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Beehan McBjarton saved Courtown from getting behind. Binean McPhil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 22 minutes of play, Enniskeen's Paudraig McIan made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Beehan McBjarton was left in no man's land by his defense there! Beehan McBjarton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quinton Gollogley in the 26th minute of play. Ros Caffrey stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Binean McPhil's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. Quinton Gollogley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Blake Hughes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 35 minutes into the match, Enniskeen's goal looked a bit too open when Binean McPhil came free, but Ros Caffrey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Binean McPhil's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ros Caffrey was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. After having played for 42 minutes, Paudraig McIan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Enniskeen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paudraig McIan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Binean McPhil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Quinton Gollogley to strike the kick off in the second half. Enniskeen's Ros Caffrey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torey McVictor in the 54th minute of play. Ros Caffrey stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Torey McVictor's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. In the 56th match minute, Enniskeen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Blake Hughes to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Binean McPhil's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ros Caffrey was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Danann Doherty hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Ros Caffrey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torey McVictor in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 83rd match minute, Courtown was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Beatty Willson to maneuver through the defense. After 85 played minutes Courtown got a freekick which was hit by Danann Doherty. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
