Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Banbhan Mulvihill made the kick off which started today's match. When Rourke Quinnless came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Doornane Utd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rourke Quinnless couldn't finish the play. In the 13th minute, Rourke Quinnless got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Banbhan Mulvihill had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Banbhan Mulvihill received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Baptist Lester tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Banbhan Mulvihill had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Rourke Quinnless came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Doornane Utd fans jumped to their feet. Doornane Utd's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Killycross the free kick. The supporters of Killycross booed when Doornane Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Timothy Gollogley didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 30 minutes, Bret McTommy made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Doornane Utd's Theodore Walker tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rourke Quinnless in the 33rd minute of play forced Killycross's goalkeeper Baptist Lester to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Doornane Utd's Rourke Quinnless got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bartley Lester kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Banbhan Mulvihill in the 39th minute of play forced Killycross's goalkeeper Baptist Lester to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Killycross's Henry Mullan got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 47 played minutes Doornane Utd got a freekick which was hit by Timothy Gollogley. After 49 minutes, Gearalt Mulvihill mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Doornane Utd and the Killycross players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 48 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Doornane Utd! The referee gave Killycross a penalty, 50 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Edward McBjarton, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Doornane Utd's Theodore Walker. 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Henry Mullan to make the kick off. The referee felt a red card was in order, 56 minutes into the game, when Colmcille Glen Crowe put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 55th minute of the game. One of Doornane Utd:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Killycross:s goal. In the 58th minute there was a penalty for Killycross. Edward McBjarton stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Theodore Walker. 3-0. After some careless play in the Doornane Utd defense, Henry Mullan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Theodore Walker. The Doornane Utd fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Theodore Walker should have stopped the shot. An unexpected shot in the 70th minute by Glen Hamilton got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Theodore Walker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bret McTommy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st minute, Bret McTommy ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Theodore Walker was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Dillon Tierney kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. In the 86th match minute, Killycross was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bartley Lester to maneuver through the defense. Baptist Lester made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Rourke Quinnless sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Killycross's zone, Rourke Quinnless stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baptist Lester came out of the goal and Rourke Quinnless tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 96 played minutes Killycross got a freekick which was hit by Bartley Lester.
