Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Henry Mullan got the match started through his kick off. After 2 played minutes Killycross got a freekick which was hit by Dillon Tierney. After 3 played minutes, Enniskeen's Brendon Lester shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Baptist Lester came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Enniskeen reached it. When Bret McTommy came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Killycross fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bret McTommy couldn't finish the play. 9 minutes into the game, one of Killycross:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 11 minutes, Enniskeen's Brendon Lester got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Baptist Lester. After 13 minutes, Bret McTommy made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Enniskeen's Ros Caffrey tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 24 minutes into the match, Henry Mullan notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Enniskeen's Ros Caffrey. Ros Caffrey was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In a very dangerous position, a player in Killycross fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 27th minute. Penalty! Baptist Lester had in the 29thth minute some difficulties stopping Brendon Lester's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Quinton Gollogley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 31st minute, Edward McBjarton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th minute, Henry Mullan made a precise shot to the right of Ros Caffrey. Enniskeen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Paudraig McIan in the 42ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Baptist Lester, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Paudraig McIan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The supporters of Enniskeen booed when Killycross was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bray McCollion didn't get a good kick on the ball. Brendon Lester took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 59th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Baptist Lester. Killycross's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, Killycross's goal looked a bit too open when Quinton Gollogley came free, but Baptist Lester reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 61 minutes of play Killycross's Dillon Tierney was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Baptist Lester made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quinton Gollogley in the 74th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Enniskeen's zone, Bret McTommy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ros Caffrey came out of the goal and Bret McTommy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ros Caffrey made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bret McTommy in the 77th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Killycross's zone, Quinton Gollogley stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baptist Lester came out of the goal and Quinton Gollogley tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 91st minute Quinton Gollogley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baptist Lester saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bartley Lester during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Enniskeen booed when Killycross was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartley Lester didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Paudraig McIan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Killycross's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
