With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joseph Quinnless in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Banban McTommy saved Clogga from getting behind. A collision led to Clogga getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Seosamh Ramsey hit a great ball. The supporters of Kilnacrew FC booed when Clogga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bercnan Dimson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Clogga's zone, Joseph Quinnless stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Banban McTommy came out of the goal and Joseph Quinnless tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 15th minute, Dermot Dunne got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Brak Hutton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Donn Todd tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Brak Hutton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th minute Joseph Quinnless shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Banban McTommy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 32 minutes Clogga's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Trien Sheridan who took care of the corner kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joseph Quinnless in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Banban McTommy saved Clogga from getting behind. The Kilnacrew FC fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when Kilnacrew FC's Thomas McFrancise looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to Kilnacrew FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Todd Sheridan hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Thomas McFrancise to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Clogga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bannan McLiam to maneuver through the defense. In the 53rd minute, Seosamh Ramsey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Thomas McFrancise kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Banban McTommy. That made the score 0-4 in the 54 minute of play. Dermot Dunne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joseph Quinnless's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 67thth minute, Banban McTommy skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 68th match minute, Clogga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bercnan Dimson to maneuver through the defense. Joseph Quinnless scored 0-5 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Banban McTommy, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With his leg Banban McTommy managed to avoid a goal in the 75thth minute, when Kilnacrew FC's Joseph Quinnless fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Brogan McFrancise kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. After 79 played minutes, Clogga's Colmcille McBrand shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Donn Todd came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Clogga reached it. Joseph Quinnless received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Banban McTommy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Clogga's Banban McTommy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Clogga from getting a goal against them. 0-6 became the score in the 89th minute when Thomas McFrancise elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar.
