Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Caimin McWill kicked off to start the match. Henry McWillie who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 9thth minute tested the skills of Ailill Moran when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Barhart Savic's late challenge caught a Moyard FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Barhart Savic helped the player get up and apologised. In the 13th minute, Barhart Savic hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bressail Robinson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caimin McWill in the 19th minute of the match. The throw-in from Boyd Gough in the 20th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Kilmaley AFC's Braeden Jameson. When Bhrighde Bayes fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Moyard FC's protests and gave Bhrighde Bayes a yellow card for diving instead. After 21 played minutes Moyard FC got a freekick which was hit by Bhrighde Bayes. Brenainn Rutherford hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Braeden Jameson during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Kilmaley AFC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Braeden Jameson hit a great ball. A hard shot by Bhrighde Bayes from long distance, 26 minutes into the match, got Ailill Moran's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 36th minute, Caimin McWill got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 39th minute, Brenda McBrand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Moyard FC made a substitution. Carrig Hutton replaced Torran McGlenn. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Henry McWillie stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Kilmaley AFC's Barhart Savic got a free kick in the 56th minute. Kilmaley AFC's Ailill Moran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry McWillie in the 67th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Henry McWillie in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ailill Moran saved Kilmaley AFC from getting behind. After having played for 72 minutes, Bhrighde Bayes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Moyard FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bhrighde Bayes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 76thth minute of the game Henry McWillie who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kilmaley AFC's Ailill Moran was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ailill Moran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henry McWillie in the 87th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Kilmaley AFC's Breasal Caffrey got a free kick in the 88th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Henry McWillie in the 98th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ailill Moran prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Moyard FC had won after a very even match.
