Bannan MaCollin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bannon McSteven, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Berkeley Myler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 52nd minute of the match Patton Dunne shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bannan MaCollin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Kieran McPhil kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Creggolympry's zone, Barclay McLian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bannan MaCollin came out of the goal and Barclay McLian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Bannon McSteven had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 71 minutes into the match, Berkeley Myler had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Finian McAaron. Ummera's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Berkeley Myler was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Barclay McLian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bannan MaCollin having to interfere.
