The audience was convinced that Kealan Hutton's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bartley McTommy was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Darrin Gough managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kidlawn's supporters rose to their feet, but Darrin Gough was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Blar Martyn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 12 minutes of play, Fodry's Bailey McCollion made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bartley McTommy was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fodry's Bailey McCollion got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 20th match minute, Fodry was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Phillip Prunty to maneuver through the defense. Kealan Hutton blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bartley McTommy having to make a save. In the 30th minute, Bailey McCollion ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bartley McTommy was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. If Bailey McCollion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bailey McCollion scored 0-3 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bartley McTommy, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kealan Hutton struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Bartley McTommy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fodry. In the 40thth minute of the game Bailey McCollion who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kidlawn's Bartley McTommy was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 43rd minute, Hewney Benson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kidlawn's Basil McWill got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 47th minute, Kealan Hutton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bailey McCollion stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Fodry getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Shiel Rutherford hit a great ball. If Basil McWill had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Darrin Gough struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Blar Martyn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kidlawn. Sameer Dempsey hit a great ball. Bailey McCollion fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bartley McTommy having to interfere. Blar Martyn came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Kidlawn's Darrin Gough. But to his dismay, Darrin Gough quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Blar Martyn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darrin Gough in the 78th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Kealan Hutton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bailey McCollion in the 83rd minute of play forced Kidlawn's goalkeeper Bartley McTommy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Kealan Hutton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fodry's supporters rose to their feet, but Kealan Hutton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bartley McTommy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Fodry booed when Kidlawn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herich McTom didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rylie Palmer made a great header on Fodry's corner, it was just that Kidlawn's Bartley McTommy managed to reach the ball for a save. Basil McWill sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hewney Benson kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Darrin Gough blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Blar Martyn having to make a save.
