Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Barin Gallagher took the kick off in the first half of the match. Fintan Colwell hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Barin Gallagher blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Raonall Gough having to make a save. In the 6th minute, Barin Gallagher left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Garristown Utd fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Raonall Gough stood somewhat misplaced when Barin Gallagher came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 10 minute. Breffni Holt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Petran McWilliam in the 16th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Culdaly AFC's Fiachra McCollion got a free kick in the 17th minute. Raonall Gough stood somewhat misplaced when Barin Gallagher came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 19 minute. Raonall Gough was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Declan McAaron. In the 24thth minute of the game Barin Gallagher who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Culdaly AFC's Raonall Gough was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Barin Gallagher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raonall Gough having to interfere. Culdaly AFC's Raonall Gough proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Culdaly AFC from getting a goal against them. With his leg Raonall Gough managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when Garristown Utd's Barin Gallagher fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 36thth minute of the game Barin Gallagher who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Culdaly AFC's Raonall Gough was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gerald Savic fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raonall Gough having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, Garristown Utd's Barin Gallagher sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Raonall Gough narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Culdaly AFC's Colm McJohnny got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Barin Gallagher's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 46thth minute, Raonall Gough skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Blathmacc Barrett to make the kick off. When Garristown Utd's Barin Gallagher in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Culdaly AFC's goalie prevented a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rowe McJohnny during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Culdaly AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Barin Gallagher was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Raonall Gough showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Barin Gallagher, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 71stth minute of the game Barin Gallagher who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Culdaly AFC's Raonall Gough was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Garristown Utd's Breffni Holt got control of the ball when Petran McWilliam tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 75th minute, Petran McWilliam ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Breffni Holt was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 78th minute of the game. One of Culdaly AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Garristown Utd:s goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barin Gallagher in the 86th minute of play forced Culdaly AFC's goalkeeper Raonall Gough to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th minute, one of Garristown Utd:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Garristown Utd. Garristown Utd:s Breffni Holt showed great skill when he stopped Toran Deans:s penalty. 93 minutes into the match, Blathmacc Barrett dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Breffni Holt, 5-2. Barin Gallagher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
