Spectators: 6774 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Lou McFrancise got the match started through his kick off. 7 minutes into the match, Glenrovagh's Ravan McLiam sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Beacan Quinnless narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 9th minute, Louis Todd hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 13th minute, Basil Harkin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Piers Silke was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lou McFrancise in the 17th minute of play forced Glenrovagh's goalkeeper Piers Silke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Basil Harkin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Piers Silke having to interfere. In the 23rdth minute of the game Lou McFrancise who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Glenrovagh's Piers Silke was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kevis Dimson struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Beacan Quinnless didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Glenrovagh. Lou McFrancise fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Piers Silke having to interfere. Carson McNamee kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Basil Harkin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Glantane's supporters rose to their feet, but Basil Harkin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Piers Silke breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lou McFrancise struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Piers Silke didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Glantane. After having played for 37 minutes, Basil Harkin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Glantane's supporters crossed their fingers, but Basil Harkin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Glenrovagh's Gearroid Dimson got a free kick in the 38th minute. Lou McFrancise received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Piers Silke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Piers Silke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Basil Harkin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Piers Silke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lou McFrancise in the 48th minute of play.

If Basil Harkin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lou McFrancise received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Piers Silke came out and tried to block the shot, but Lou McFrancise slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 53rd minute. The supporters of Glantane booed when Glenrovagh was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiomoid McJames didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gearroid Dimson hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Glantane's Lou McFrancise got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lou McFrancise fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Piers Silke having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lou McFrancise in the 66th minute of play forced Glenrovagh's goalkeeper Piers Silke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lou McFrancise in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Piers Silke prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Baiscend Bayes was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 74th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 77th minute there was a penalty for Glenrovagh. Baiscend Bayes stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Beacan Quinnless. 1-3. Kevis Dimson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Glantane getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Pierson Gallagher hit a great ball. Beacan Quinnless made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ravan McLiam in the 82nd minute of play. Basil Harkin struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Piers Silke didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Glantane. The crowd rose to their feet as Lou McFrancise kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Piers Silke. That made the score 1-4 in the 89 minute of play. The supporters of Glenrovagh booed when Glantane was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Garrett Byrne didn't get a good kick on the ball. Beacan Quinnless made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ravan McLiam in the 98th minute of play.
