Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Bressal Lavine started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Reilley Hutton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barnadarrig's supporters rose to their feet, but Reilley Hutton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Barhart McCollion breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Barnadarrig getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Baoithin McJohnny hit a great ball. Barnadarrig's Baoithin McJohnny got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Barnadarrig's Reilley Hutton got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 16th minute, Breed McLaughlin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hayes Sheridan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bressal Lavine in the 17th minute of play. Hayes Sheridan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Berach MaCollin, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Hayes Sheridan came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Cloncagh's John Ryan. But to his dismay, John Ryan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 25 minutes, Donn Gough mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barnadarrig and the Cloncagh players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 27th match minute, Barnadarrig was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donn Gough to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute, Baoithin McJohnny got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Donn Gough's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Barhart McCollion read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. The supporters of Cloncagh booed when Barnadarrig was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Treno Gollogley didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Cloncagh getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Ryon McSteve hit a great ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 37th minute of the game. One of Cloncagh:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Barnadarrig:s goal. Donn Gough walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Shea McFrancise blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Barhart McCollion having to make a save. In the 42ndth minute of the game Donn Gough who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cloncagh's Barhart McCollion was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Brion Dillon hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The Barnadarrig players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cloncagh were winning 0-1.
The wind increased when Donn Gough made the kick off in the second half. Hayes Sheridan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paud Palmer, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. In the 53rd match minute, Cloncagh was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boudibiua McOliver to maneuver through the defense. Hayes Sheridan made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when John Ryan sent off a good shot on target. Reilley Hutton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Barhart McCollion tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. John Ryan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Hayes Sheridan made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baoithin McJohnny in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Barhart McCollion saved Cloncagh from getting behind. Brion Dillon hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Hayes Sheridan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robert Kirby in the 69th minute. When Barnadarrig's Donn Gough in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cloncagh's goalie prevented a goal. In the 72nd minute, Bressal Lavine hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If John Ryan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Barnadarrig's Donn Gough in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cloncagh's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Cloncagh's zone, Donn Gough stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Barhart McCollion came out of the goal and Donn Gough tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 84th match minute, Cloncagh was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Kirby to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Barnadarrig's Daniel Rogers got a free kick in the 94th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Barnadarrig had played much better football throughout.
