After 6 played minutes Drummanreagh AFC got a freekick which was hit by Basil McLian. Ryleigh McBrand's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 10thth minute, Rowley McWillie skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 13th minute, Ryleigh McBrand ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rowley McWillie was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. With his leg Rowley McWillie managed to avoid a goal in the 15thth minute, when Drummanreagh AFC's Ryleigh McBrand fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Through an outstanding action, after 17 minutes, Rowley McWillie successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Tathan Cronin hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. The long shot by Ryley Willson in the 19th minute really tested Rowley McWillie's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 19th minute, Beanon McPaul hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 21 minutes into the game, Basil McLian was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Drummanreagh AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Derrycoosh AFC the free kick. In the 22nd match minute, Drummanreagh AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Basil McLian to maneuver through the defense. Rowley McWillie didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ryleigh McBrand went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 29th match minute, Drummanreagh AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brenna Hamilton to maneuver through the defense. Rigan McOliver struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Branagain McLian didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Derrycoosh AFC. A hard shot 33 in the game by Ryleigh McBrand from a close distance when the talented Rowley McWillie managed to make a qualified save. Derrycoosh AFC's players were relieved. In the 43rd minute of the match Brenna Hamilton shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rowley McWillie showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Brenna Hamilton's late challenge caught a Derrycoosh AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Brenna Hamilton helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Drummanreagh AFC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Brenna Hamilton hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The wind increased when Ryleigh McBrand made the kick off in the second half. Rowley McWillie didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ryleigh McBrand went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Rowley McWillie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ryley Willson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Ryleigh McBrand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rowley McWillie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ryleigh McBrand, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. The supporters of Drummanreagh AFC booed when Derrycoosh AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigan McOliver didn't get a good kick on the ball. Branagain McLian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tathan Cronin in the 74th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Ryley Willson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ryleigh McBrand in the 79th minute of play forced Derrycoosh AFC's goalkeeper Rowley McWillie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rigan McOliver during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 80th match minute, Derrycoosh AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigan McOliver to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ryleigh McBrand in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rowley McWillie saved Derrycoosh AFC from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gordan McGlynn during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Drummanreagh AFC booed when Derrycoosh AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gordan McGlynn didn't get a good kick on the ball.
