Britt Willson might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Devlin McGlynn. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Britt Willson ran back to his position shaking his head. After 8 played minutes Annavalla got a freekick which was hit by Nolyn Johnson. Britt Willsons short, quick shot in the 14thth minute got Devlin McGlynn to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Brefni Ferguson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Annavalla's supporters rose to their feet, but Brefni Ferguson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tathan McCready breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 18 played minutes Glinsk got a freekick which was hit by Treno Colwell. Riley Willson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tathan McCready stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Riley Willson's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Annavalla's Brefni Ferguson got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Riley Willson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Riley Willson in the 28th minute of play forced Glinsk's goalkeeper Tathan McCready to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nolyn Johnson's late challenge caught a Glinsk's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nolyn Johnson helped the player get up and apologised. Tathan McCready showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Riley Willson, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 37th minute Brefni Ferguson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tathan McCready saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Britt Willson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Devlin McGlynn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Reginald Dalton made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Brefni Ferguson in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tathan McCready prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Riley Willson fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Annavalla's protests and gave Riley Willson a yellow card for diving instead. Riley Willson kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. If Reginald Dalton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee gave Glinsk a penalty, 79 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Philib O'Neill, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Annavalla's Devlin McGlynn. 1-0. In the 83rd minute, Britt Willson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 86th minute Brefni Ferguson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tathan McCready saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Riley Willson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tathan McCready having to make a save. Nolyn Johnson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 97th minute, Riley Willson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tipraite McWillie got free with Tathan McCready in the 101st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Glinsk had won after a very even match.
