Bard Silke hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. In the 8th minute, Bera Hughes sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Killare's Blathmac Dempsey didn't even have to move. Brannon Crowe kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Thurl Quinnless hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Blathmac Dempsey made an important save on a dangerous shot by Riley Willson in the 14th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Bras Ramsey had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Devlin McGlynn. Annavalla's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bras Ramsey was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 18th minute, Tipraite McWillie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Britain McNamee fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Devlin McGlynn having to interfere. Killare's Bras Ramsey got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Devlin McGlynn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bearchan Doyle went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Britain McNamee in the 28th minute of play forced Annavalla's goalkeeper Devlin McGlynn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute Bras Ramsey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Devlin McGlynn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute, Tipraite McWillie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Annavalla's Riley Willson got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Devlin McGlynn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bearchan Doyle in the 35th minute of play. Blathmac Dempsey made an important save on a dangerous shot by Riley Willson in the 38th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nolyn Johnson during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Annavalla's Nolyn Johnson got a free kick in the 40th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Brefni Ferguson was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute of the match, Boyd Barrett got a very nice opportunity to score, but Devlin McGlynn was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 55 minutes into the match, Bearchan Doyle had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Devlin McGlynn. Annavalla's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bearchan Doyle was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. After a rather tough play, Annavalla's Geary Quinnless got a free kick in the 59th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Killare's zone, Riley Willson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Blathmac Dempsey came out of the goal and Riley Willson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 66 minutes into the match, Annavalla's goalkeeper Devlin McGlynn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bearchan Doyle. In the 67th match minute, Annavalla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nolyn Johnson to maneuver through the defense. Britain McNamees short, quick shot in the 68thth minute got Devlin McGlynn to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The Killare fans' excitement grew in the 71st match minute when Killare's Britain McNamee looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Devlin McGlynn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bard Silke in the 74th minute of play. Devlin McGlynn didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Killare's Britain McNamee shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-5 in the ordered_time% minute. Devlin McGlynn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Britain McNamee, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Britain McNamee could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Devlin McGlynn made a huge save. In the 94th match minute, Killare was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harry McMichel to maneuver through the defense. Killare's Bard Silke managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Harley McVictor in the 97 minute of the game. After 97 played minutes Annavalla got a freekick which was hit by Nolyn Johnson. When the match was over Killare could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Annavalla throughout the match.
