In the 7th minute Brefni Ferguson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Blake Johnson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Monavarnoge's Gerald McDecland in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Annavalla's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Brefni Ferguson took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Blake Johnson to make any attempt to save it. Blake Johnson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brefni Ferguson in the 25th minute of the match. Riley Willson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blake Johnson having to interfere. Brefni Ferguson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Blake Johnson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. In the 41st minute Brefni Ferguson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Blake Johnson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brefni Ferguson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Blake Johnson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Riley Willson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blake Johnson having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Riley Willson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Annavalla's supporters rose to their feet, but Riley Willson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Blake Johnson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Monavarnoge's Blake Johnson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Riley Willson in the 60th minute of play. Devlin McGlynn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerald McDecland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 63 minutes into the game, Annavalla's Riley Willson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Blake Johnson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. If Brefni Ferguson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 77 minutes into the game, Brefni Ferguson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Blake Johnson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 81st minute, Gerald McDecland fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Devlin McGlynn, passed just outside the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerald McDecland in the 86th minute of play forced Annavalla's goalkeeper Devlin McGlynn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Blake Johnson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Riley Willson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute, Geary Quinnless hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 95 minutes into the game, Tevis Silke cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Devlin McGlynn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. For all the effort they put into the match, the Monavarnoge players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Annavalla.
