If Harkin Harkin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Harkin Harkin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Binne McLaughlin having to interfere. In the 13th minute, Baiscend McJon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Shinrone AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Baiscend McJon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Binne McLaughlin having to make a save. Beothach Palmer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hayes Gollogley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 38 minutes into the game, Breasal Dempsey was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Shinrone AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Knockstopher the free kick. After 38 played minutes Shinrone AFC got a freekick which was hit by Breasal Dempsey. In the 42nd minute, Baiscend McJon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Shinrone AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Baiscend McJon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Binne McLaughlin having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Harkin Harkin made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Séamus McOliver in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Beothach Palmer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 64 minutes of play, Knockstopher's Séamus McOliver made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Beothach Palmer was left in no man's land by his defense there! 68 minutes into the match, Knockstopher's Séamus McOliver sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Beothach Palmer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Beothach Palmer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Séamus McOliver in the 72nd minute of play. Beartlai McSteve struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Beothach Palmer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Knockstopher. Séamus McOliver recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 80 played minutes Shinrone AFC's Baiscend McJon stole the ball from his opponents and shot the ball towards the upper left corner, but Binne McLaughlin stretched himself as far as he could, and stopped the ball from passing the line. robbing Knockstopher of the goal. 81 minutes into the match, Séamus McOliver notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Shinrone AFC's Beothach Palmer. In the 89th minute Harkin Harkin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Binne McLaughlin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 97th minute, Harkin Harkin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Binne McLaughlin. The goal made the score 3-4. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Shinrone AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
