Spectators: 6782 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1782, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tory McLiam got the match started through his kick off. Kyle Hamilton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Braedon Beckett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Kilmacshane's Beiti Perth got a free kick in the 9th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Knockboha FC's zone, Tory McLiam stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Braedon Beckett came out of the goal and Tory McLiam tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Knockboha FC's Alan Hutton got a free kick in the 14th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Knockboha FC's zone, Kyle Hamilton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Braedon Beckett came out of the goal and Kyle Hamilton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Kyle Hamilton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Braedon Beckett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kyle Hamilton in the 26th minute of play. Kilmacshane's Cacey McVictor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bergin Cooney in the 29th minute of play. After having played for 32 minutes, Bergin Cooney managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Knockboha FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bergin Cooney was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Braedon Beckett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kyle Hamilton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tory McLiam in the 38th minute of play forced Knockboha FC's goalkeeper Braedon Beckett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Knockboha FC's goalkeeper Braedon Beckett, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Bairne McPhilip fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Knockboha FC's protests and gave Bairne McPhilip a yellow card for diving instead. In the 44th minute, Bairne McPhilip hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th minute, Tory McLiam left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kilmacshane fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Kilmacshane's Kyle Hamilton got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tory McLiam might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Braedon Beckett. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tory McLiam ran back to his position shaking his head. 53 minutes into the match, Knockboha FC's goalkeeper Braedon Beckett had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kyle Hamilton. Braedon Beckett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tory McLiam, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 58th minute, Kilmacshane's Tory McLiam dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. 61 minutes into the match, Kilmacshane's Tory McLiam sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Braedon Beckett narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Donall Duggan hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Bairne McPhilip kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Kyle Hamilton could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Braedon Beckett made a huge save. Braedon Beckett made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kyle Hamilton in the 75th minute. Braedon Beckett made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Kyle Hamilton sent off a good shot on target. Braedon Beckett didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kyle Hamilton went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Beary McWill managed to get in a good position for a shot. Knockboha FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Beary McWill was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cacey McVictor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cacey McVictor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beary McWill, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 91st match minute, Kilmacshane was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorcan Dunne to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Knockboha FC's Dolan Gallagher tried to score from far away in the 92nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Tory McLiam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Kilmacshane supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Kilmacshane would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
