Braedon Beckett was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Beolagh Ghee. Braedon Beckett made an important save on a dangerous shot by Baiscend McJon in the 10th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Knockboha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Harkin Harkin came free, but Braedon Beckett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Beothach Palmer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bergin Cooney in the 16th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baiscend McJon got free with Braedon Beckett in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Bairne McPhilip fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Knockboha FC's protests and gave Bairne McPhilip a yellow card for diving instead. Bairne McPhilip hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Baiscend McJon kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 19thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Knockboha FC's keeper Braedon Beckett was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Braedon Beckett stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Harkin Harkin's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Beary McWill fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beothach Palmer having to interfere. Beothach Palmer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bergin Cooney in the 33rd minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, Knockboha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Harkin Harkin came free, but Braedon Beckett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 42 minutes, Edwin Ramsey mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Shinrone AFC and the Knockboha FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Shinrone AFC's Edwin Ramsey got a free kick in the 42nd minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Harkin Harkin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Baiscend McJon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Braedon Beckett having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Knockboha FC's zone, Tipper McMichel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Braedon Beckett came out of the goal and Tipper McMichel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Harkin Harkin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bergin Cooney fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beothach Palmer having to interfere. When Conleth Barrett fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Shinrone AFC's protests and gave Conleth Barrett a yellow card for diving instead. Conleth Barrett kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 72nd match minute, Knockboha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Blake O'Brien to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Shinrone AFC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Tipper McMichel hit a great ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 77th minute of the game. One of Shinrone AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Knockboha FC:s goal. Beothach Palmer went to the wrong direction when Dolan Gallagher was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. A collision led to Knockboha FC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Bairne McPhilip hit a great ball. In the 90th minute of the match Shinrone AFC got a corner. Knockboha FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Beolagh Ghee ran over to the corner to take the kick. Edwin Ramsey made a great header on Shinrone AFC's corner, it was just that Knockboha FC's Braedon Beckett managed to reach the ball for a save. After a defensive mix-up in Knockboha FC's zone, Baiscend McJon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Braedon Beckett came out of the goal and Baiscend McJon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Baiscend McJon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Braedon Beckett having to interfere. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
