Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Patrick Branson made the kick off which started today's match. Torrans Morrison made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Riley Callaghan sent off a good shot on target. Riley Callaghan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Loughamore's Torrans Morrison played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrick Branson in the 8th minute of play. A hard shot 9 in the game by Riley Callaghan from a close distance when the talented Torrans Morrison managed to make a qualified save. Loughamore's players were relieved. Joseph Rutherford made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bardan Robinson in the 11th minute of play. When Baird McBrand came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Ballygorteen Utd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baird McBrand couldn't finish the play. Ballygorteen Utd's Joseph Rutherford played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bardan Robinson in the 18th minute of play. Patrick Branson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torrans Morrison having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Ballygorteen Utd's Patrick Branson got a free kick in the 25th minute. Joseph Rutherford showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bardan Robinson, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aodh McStephen in the 27th minute of play forced Ballygorteen Utd's goalkeeper Joseph Rutherford to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Flann Caffey kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Reilly Doherty sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Loughamore's Torrans Morrison didn't even have to move. In the 34th minute, Loughamore's Liam Scully seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Liam Scully the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Loughamore protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Liam Scully had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 35th minute, Liam Scully hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Riley Callaghan came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Ballygorteen Utd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Riley Callaghan couldn't finish the play. Riley Callaghan struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Torrans Morrison didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ballygorteen Utd. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Riley Callaghan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Patrick Branson, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 54 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Torrans Morrison was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. If Riley Callaghan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aodh McStephen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joseph Rutherford having to make a save. 65 minutes into the match, Loughamore's goal looked a bit too open when Patrick Branson came free, but Torrans Morrison reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Ballygorteen Utd booed when Loughamore was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samueil Ryan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aodh McStephen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Loughamore's Torrans Morrison played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Riley Callaghan in the 81st minute of play. In the 87th minute Patrick Branson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Torrans Morrison saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Torrans Morrison showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrick Branson, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Torrans Morrison took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrick Branson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 92 played minutes Loughamore got a freekick which was hit by Pawd McLaughlin. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
