Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Beale McCollion started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Bourns McCready hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. With his leg Boroimhe McIan managed to avoid a goal in the 4thth minute, when Bogare's Fionntán Dillon fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a defensive mix-up in Bogare's zone, Rorke McStephen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rowan Glen Crowe came out of the goal and Rorke McStephen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fionntán Dillon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boroimhe McIan having to interfere. In the 17th minute, Fionntán Dillon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 22 minutes, Fionntán Dillon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bogare's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fionntán Dillon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Beale McCollion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Callaghane FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Bourns McCready hit a great ball. In the 28th minute Beale McCollion shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boroimhe McIan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th match minute, Callaghane FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donahue McBrandon to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 37 in the game by Fionntán Dillon from a close distance when the talented Boroimhe McIan managed to make a qualified save. Callaghane FC's players were relieved. Bogare's Fionntán Dillon got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 46th minute, Don Johnson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Don Johnson to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Callaghane FC's zone, Bodibeve Caffrey stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Boroimhe McIan came out of the goal and Bodibeve Caffrey tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Boroimhe McIan came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Bogare's Beale McCollion. But to his dismay, Beale McCollion quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Boroimhe McIan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Beale McCollion's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. When Bogare's Fionntán Dillon in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Callaghane FC's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Beale McCollion in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Boroimhe McIan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fionntán Dillon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boroimhe McIan having to interfere. After having played for 81 minutes, Beale McCollion managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bogare's supporters crossed their fingers, but Beale McCollion was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Beale McCollion in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Boroimhe McIan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Boroimhe McIan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beale McCollion, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bogare walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
