Spectators: 6776 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1776, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ultan Beckett started the match with the kick off. Shea McFrank charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Shea McFrank the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Shea McFrank hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Reidy Crowe lost his temper 7 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 14th play minutes Shea McFrank shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Mack Jameson and just under the crossbar into goal. Baydan McPaul's late challenge caught a Easky's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baydan McPaul helped the player get up and apologised. After 25 minutes of play, Easky's Bairee Gallagher made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mack Jameson was left in no man's land by his defense there! 29 minutes into the match, Frevanagh FC's goal looked a bit too open when Shea McFrank came free, but Mack Jameson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Boyne Gollogley made in the 34th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Frevanagh FC's Donoghue Gough. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Shea McFrank to strike the kick off in the second half. Hewney Myler fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 65th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. 69 minutes into the game, Shea McFrank cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Mack Jameson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mack Jameson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bairee Gallagher, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hewney Myler fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 75th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. A collision led to Frevanagh FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Donoghue Gough hit a great ball. Branson Hunt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mack Jameson having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Todd Jameson in the 95th minute of play forced Frevanagh FC's goalkeeper Mack Jameson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mack Jameson came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Easky's Branson Hunt. But to his dismay, Branson Hunt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Easky's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
