Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ultan Beckett made the kick off which started today's match. 6 minutes into the game, Fionntán Dillon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Mack Jameson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Frevanagh FC's Mack Jameson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fionntán Dillon in the 9th minute of play. In the 12th minute Beale McCollion shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mack Jameson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pauric McDonald charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pauric McDonald the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 13 played minutes Frevanagh FC got a freekick which was hit by Pauric McDonald. After some careless play in the Frevanagh FC defense, Bourns McWill kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mack Jameson. The Frevanagh FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mack Jameson should have stopped the shot. Ultan Beckett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Rowan Glen Crowe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Fionntán Dillon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mack Jameson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Mack Jameson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beale McCollion in the 34th minute of play. In the 48th match minute, Frevanagh FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baydan McPaul to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fionntán Dillon made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Frevanagh FC's Baydan McPaul got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 65th minute, Ultan Beckett got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Frevanagh FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Cassidy McMichel hit a great ball. Fionntán Dillon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mack Jameson having to interfere. Darby Lester received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Mack Jameson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Bourns McWill had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Baydan McPaul was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 94 minutes had been played. Fionntán Dillon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Bogare walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
