Spectators: 6770 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1770, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Breasal McJohn kicked off to start the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ryley McBjarton got free with Boroimhe McIan in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Breasal McJohn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Isaac Brennan fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Badyke's protests and gave Isaac Brennan a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Callaghane FC booed when Badyke was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaac Brennan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bow Caffey was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 14th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Don Johnson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 18th minute, Bourns McCready hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ryley McBjarton got free with Boroimhe McIan in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 26 minutes into the match, Badyke's goal looked a bit too open when Donahue McBrandon came free, but Seosamh McGlynn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 27 minutes, Rorke McStephen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Callaghane FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rorke McStephen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rorke McStephen took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Seosamh McGlynn. Seosamh McGlynn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Bairre Hunt hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The Badyke players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Callaghane FC were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rorke McStephen was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Badyke's Berkley Branson got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Breasal McJohn managed to get in a good position for a shot. Badyke's supporters rose to their feet, but Breasal McJohn was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Boroimhe McIan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Boroimhe McIan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ryley McBjarton in the 63rd minute of the match. Ryley McBjarton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Boroimhe McIan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 69 minutes, Breasal McJohn made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Callaghane FC's Boroimhe McIan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Boroimhe McIan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Breasal McJohn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Boroimhe McIan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Breasal McJohn in the 73rd minute of play. Badyke's Seosamh McGlynn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Badyke from getting a goal against them. Boroimhe McIan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Breasal McJohn in the 76th minute of the match. Breasal McJohn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Boroimhe McIan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, Callaghane FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ryley McBjarton came free, but Boroimhe McIan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th match minute, Badyke was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ryley McBjarton to maneuver through the defense. Ryley McBjarton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
