Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Breasal McJohn started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Beara Todd took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ryley McBjarton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Badyke's zone, Braddon Costello stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Seosamh McGlynn came out of the goal and Braddon Costello tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Greagh FC's Beara Todd played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaac Brennan in the 11th minute of play. Seosamh McGlynn was a little too slow when Braddon Costello got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 14th minute. The score was now 1-0. Beara Todd showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Breasal McJohn in the 21st minute of the match. After 27 played minutes Greagh FC got a freekick which was hit by Baptist Tierney. Beara Todd came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Badyke's Brennen Murphy . But to his dismay, Brennen Murphy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Badyke's defense didn't have a chance, in the 38th minute, when Braddon Costello scored to the left of an out of position Seosamh McGlynn, making the score, 2-1. 46 minutes had been played when some careless play by Badyke's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Harry Gollogley was slow to take the kick. During this time Greagh FC's players had a chance to rest. The supporters of Greagh FC booed when Badyke was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Breadan McNamee didn't get a good kick on the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Braddon Costello made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Braddon Costello in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Seosamh McGlynn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 54 minutes of play, Greagh FC's Braddon Costello made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Seosamh McGlynn was left in no man's land by his defense there! Seosamh McGlynn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Braddon Costello, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Braddon Costello recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 64thth minute of the game Braddon Costello who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Badyke's Seosamh McGlynn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ryley McBjarton kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Seosamh McGlynn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Braddon Costello in the 72nd minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, Braddon Costello had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Seosamh McGlynn. Badyke's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Braddon Costello was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ryley McBjarton got free with Beara Todd in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 89 minutes, Baptist Tierney mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Greagh FC and the Badyke players grew even worse after the yellow card. Royan Myler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Braddon Costello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Seosamh McGlynn having to interfere. Greagh FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Badyke for a fine match.
