With 11 minutes on the clock, Harkin Duggan commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 17 minutes into the match, Drumman FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bat McWilliam came free, but Bedilia McTommy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute, Bearnard Crowe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Harry McNamara was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. With a little luck, Drumman FC's Bedilia McTommy got control of the ball when Briain Grant tried to sneak it across the goal line. Drumman FC's Bedilia McTommy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Drumman FC from getting a goal against them. Bil Ramsey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bearnard Crowe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 39 minutes of play, Drumman FC's Bil Ramsey made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Harry McNamara was left in no man's land by his defense there! Baiscend Ryan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Harry McNamara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Baiscend Ryan scored 0-3 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Harry McNamara, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Drommartin AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Drumman FC were winning 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bat McWilliam made a kick off. Harry McNamara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bearnard Crowe in the 57th minute of the match. When Bearnard Crowe came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Drumman FC fans jumped to their feet. In the 67th minute Baiscend Ryan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harry McNamara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bedilia McTommy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bresal Lavine, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. If Bil Ramsey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bil Ramsey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harry McNamara having to interfere. Harry McNamara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bil Ramsey in the 73rd minute of the match. Drommartin AFC's Harry McNamara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baiscend Ryan in the 98th minute of play. Drumman FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
