The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Paud McPaul stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Drumlish's Paud McPaul got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Blanche Johnson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Casey Lester when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With an all-out effort, Drumman FC's Casey Lester threw himself towards the right post 84 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bearnard Crowe, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Through an outstanding action, after 93 minutes, Casey Lester successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Casey Lester made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Blanche Johnson sent off a good shot on target. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
