The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Brannagh Rogers stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 66thth minute of the game Aengus Callaghan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Drommartin AFC's Harry McNamara was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Harry McNamara stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aengus Callaghan's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. If Aengus Callaghan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Harry McNamara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brannagh Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86th minute, Aengus Callaghan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Drommartin AFC's Harry McNamara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aengus Callaghan in the 89th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Drommartin AFC's Bresal Lavine got a free kick in the 90th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Drommartin AFC's zone, Brannagh Rogers stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Harry McNamara came out of the goal and Brannagh Rogers tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 93 minutes into the match, Drommartin AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Garrett Hamilton came free, but Harry McNamara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 94 minutes, Gilbeirt Sheridan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Drommartin AFC and the Kilcronan FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 94th match minute, Drommartin AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilbeirt Sheridan to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Kilcronan FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Drommartin AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
