Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Herich Sheridan in the 3rd minute of play forced Rockmills's goalkeeper Bodibeua Glen Crowe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bodibeua Glen Crowe was out of position in the 3 minute of play, and Herich Sheridan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Herich Sheridan really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After 6 played minutes Rockmills got a freekick which was hit by Pearse McPhil. In the 8th minute Fionntán Benson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bodibeua Glen Crowe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11 minutes into the game, Bartel McStephen recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bodibeua Glen Crowe. Bartel McStephen showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Bodibeua Glen Crowe came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Drumgowan Ut's Basil Quinnless. But to his dismay, Basil Quinnless quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After 21 minutes, Bellaghy Johnson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Drumgowan Ut and the Rockmills players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 21 played minutes Drumgowan Ut got a freekick which was hit by Bellaghy Johnson. Drumgowan Ut's Theodore Rutherford played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donegan Duggan in the 30th minute of play. 3-1 became the score in the 35th minute when Bow McJames elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 38th minute Edward Hutton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theodore Rutherford saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edward Hutton charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edward Hutton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Rockmills getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Edward Hutton hit a great ball. Rockmills's Bodibeua Glen Crowe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Rockmills from getting a goal against them. Bodibeua Glen Crowe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fionntán Benson in the 43rd minute of play. The supporters of Drumgowan Ut booed when Rockmills was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donegan Duggan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pearse McPhil kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Blaithmeic McTom's late challenge caught a Rockmills's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Blaithmeic McTom helped the player get up and apologised. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edward Hutton stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bodibeua Glen Crowe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartel McStephen in the 51st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Donagh McLaughlin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Drumgowan Ut's supporters rose to their feet, but Donagh McLaughlin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bodibeua Glen Crowe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Drumgowan Ut's Herich Sheridan in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rockmills's goalie prevented a goal. Bartel McStephen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 65th minute Herich Sheridan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bodibeua Glen Crowe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 67th match minute, Rockmills was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Ramsey to maneuver through the defense. Bartel McStephen took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 67th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bodibeua Glen Crowe. Rockmills's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Fionntán Benson took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bodibeua Glen Crowe. Bodibeua Glen Crowe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Theodore Rutherford took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Hutton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Rockmills's Edward Hutton got a free kick in the 91st minute. After 96 minutes of play, Drumgowan Ut's Fionntán Benson made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bodibeua Glen Crowe was left in no man's land by his defense there! There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Drumgowan Ut fully deserved thier win.
