An unexpectedly hard shot by Rowley Hutton in the 9th minute of play forced Drumgowan Ut's goalkeeper Theodore Rutherford to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bel McAaron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fionntán Benson, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 13th minute, Fionntán Benson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
