Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Braden Palmer got the match started through his kick off. In the 9th minute, Bradaigh Ghee ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gaynor Bayes was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Braden Palmer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 14 minutes, Tomás Cassin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Crossna and the Derrynameel players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 14th match minute, Crossna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomás Cassin to maneuver through the defense. After 17 played minutes Crossna got a freekick which was hit by Ryland Frankson. Gaynor Bayes was a little too slow when Brandon McOliver got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 18th minute. The score was now 2-0. Braden Palmer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Ricard Hamilton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29thth minute of the game Braden Palmer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Derrynameel's Ricard Hamilton was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Conn Martyn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricard Hamilton having to interfere. Bradaigh Ghees short, quick shot in the 40thth minute got Gaynor Bayes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 42nd minute Brandon McOliver shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaynor Bayes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Crossna's Gaynor Bayes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brandon McOliver in the 45th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Brandon McOliver to strike the kick off in the second half. Gaynor Bayes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Darren Mullan in the 51st minute of play. Gaynor Bayes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Brandon McOliver went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 58th minute of the match Brandan McJon sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gaynor Bayes skillfully saved the ball. After having played for 61 minutes, Conn Martyn managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Crossna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Conn Martyn was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 66th minute, Bradaigh Ghee ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gaynor Bayes was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Gaynor Bayes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Brandon McOliver's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Gaynor Bayes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bradaigh Ghee in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Bradaigh Ghee ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gaynor Bayes was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Brandon McOliver fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaynor Bayes having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Conn Martyn got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 81 minutes into the match, Bradaigh Ghee had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gaynor Bayes. Crossna's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bradaigh Ghee was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. A collision led to Derrynameel getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Irwin Costello hit a great ball. Bradaigh Ghee fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaynor Bayes having to interfere. If Brandon McOliver had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Art McPhil hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Conn Martyn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Ricard Hamilton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
