Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Glenatlucky's Irwin Rogers started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Raonall Rutherford fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timmons Willson having to interfere. Barde McNamara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Irwin Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Timmons Willson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raonall Rutherford in the 13th minute of play. Bedilia Dunne struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Barde McNamara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Glenatlucky. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bedilia Dunne got free with Barde McNamara in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 23rd match minute, Castlejordan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel McJon to maneuver through the defense. Irwin Rogers took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Barde McNamara. Barde McNamara dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. If Raonall Rutherford had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Samuel McJon fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Castlejordan's protests and gave Samuel McJon a yellow card for diving instead. After 39 played minutes Castlejordan got a freekick which was hit by Samuel McJon. Raonall Rutherford received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Timmons Willson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Barde McNamara made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bedilia Dunne in the 48th minute.
The wind increased when Timmons Jameson made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Raonall Rutherford managed to get in a good position for a shot. Castlejordan's supporters rose to their feet, but Raonall Rutherford was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Timmons Willson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bedilia Dunne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barde McNamara having to interfere. Timmons Jameson might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Timmons Willson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Timmons Jameson ran back to his position shaking his head. Harley McTom could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Timmons Willson made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bedilia Dunne in the 66th minute of play forced Castlejordan's goalkeeper Barde McNamara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Glenatlucky's goalkeeper Timmons Willson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Raonall Rutherford. Bedilia Dunne struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Barde McNamara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Glenatlucky. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Timmons Jameson took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Timmons Willson to make any attempt to save it. Raonall Rutherford could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Timmons Willson made a huge save. In the 94th minute Irwin Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Barde McNamara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
