A collision led to Bunaw getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Nollaig Dunne hit a great ball. 5 minutes into the match, Bunaw's goal looked a bit too open when Jarlath Todd came free, but Ryon Ferguson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 16 minutes into the game, Bunglass's Jarlath Todd nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ryon Ferguson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. When Bray Sheridan fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bunaw's protests and gave Bray Sheridan a yellow card for diving instead. Bray Sheridan kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, Reagan Myler dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ryon Ferguson, 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bodibeve McTom got free with Ryon Ferguson in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bunaw were furious when Bray Sheridan was red carded, 34 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 33 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Bunaw! Bradaigh McStephen shot the penalty kick right outside the post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ailill McTommy in the 39th minute of play forced Bunglass's goalkeeper Donal McWillie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the game, Kennedy McGlynn was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bunaw's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bunglass the free kick. After a rather tough play, Bunaw's Kennedy McGlynn got a free kick in the 40th minute. After 46 played minutes Bunaw got a freekick which was hit by Kaine Cooney. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Jarlath Todd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nollaig Dunne charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nollaig Dunne the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nollaig Dunne kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Bunglass's Jarlath Todd got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bodibeve McTom scored 3-0 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ryon Ferguson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Bunaw's goalkeeper Ryon Ferguson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 65 minutes of play, Bunglass's Reagan Myler made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ryon Ferguson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bodibeve McTom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ryon Ferguson having to interfere. Braydon McCready kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, Bunaw's goal looked a bit too open when Jarlath Todd came free, but Ryon Ferguson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ailill McTommy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jarlath Todd in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ryon Ferguson saved Bunaw from getting behind. Bodibeve McTom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ryon Ferguson having to interfere. Ryon Ferguson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jarlath Todd in the 89th minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Bunglass fully deserved thier win.
