Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Annesbrook's Bean Rutherford played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jarlath Todd in the 7th minute of play. In the 12th minute of the match Banban Tierney shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Donal McWillie showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Bean Rutherford didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bodibeve McTom went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Annesbrook's Bean Rutherford played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jarlath Todd in the 17th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dónal Kelly in the 19th minute of play forced Bunglass's goalkeeper Donal McWillie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute, Bodibeve McTom got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bodibeve McTom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bean Rutherford having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Bodibeve McTom managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bunglass's supporters rose to their feet, but Bodibeve McTom was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bean Rutherford breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jarlath Todd in the 29th minute of play forced Annesbrook's goalkeeper Bean Rutherford to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 31 minutes into the game, Dónal Kelly was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Annesbrook's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bunglass the free kick. Dónal Kelly kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 33rd minute there was a penalty for Bunglass. Bradaigh McStephen stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Bean Rutherford. 0-2. If Reagan Myler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Annesbrook's Bean Rutherford played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jarlath Todd in the 39th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Bodibeve McTom's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bean Rutherford was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. 44 minutes into the match, Dónal Kelly dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Donal McWillie, 1-2. Jarlath Todd recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half Bunglass were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jarlath Todd was the one to do the kick off. Bodibeve McTom in the 51stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bean Rutherford, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Beamard Willson's late challenge caught a Bunglass's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Beamard Willson helped the player get up and apologised. Bean Rutherford stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jarlath Todd's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Dónal Kelly put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Donal McWillie. Robert Palmer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Donal McWillie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Robert Palmer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Annesbrook's zone, Reagan Myler stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bean Rutherford came out of the goal and Reagan Myler tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Donal McWillie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dónal Kelly in the 69th minute of play. Artur McLiam charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Artur McLiam the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Annesbrook getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Artur McLiam hit a great ball. In the 74th minute Bunglass were awarded a corner. Bradaigh McStephen went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Ryon Costello heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After 82 minutes, Donlevy Ghee mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bunglass and the Annesbrook players grew even worse after the yellow card. Teigue Barrett shot the penalty kick right outside the post. If Robert Palmer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Reagan Myler fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bunglass's protests and gave Reagan Myler a yellow card for diving instead. In the 87th minute, Reagan Myler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
