Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jarlath Todd kicked off to start the match. When Petran McPaul fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Beennamweel's protests and gave Petran McPaul a yellow card for diving instead. When the match had been going on for 21 minutes, Bunglass's Bradaigh McStephen got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Donal Cronin. Donal Cronin made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Bodibeve McTom sent off a good shot on target. Britt McStephen took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Donal McWillie. Donal McWillie dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Donal Cronin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bodibeve McTom went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Beennamweel's Donal Cronin got control of the ball when Bodibeve McTom tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 42 played minutes Bunglass got a freekick which was hit by Jarlath Todd. In the 44th match minute, Beennamweel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bedilia Matthews to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

51 minutes into the game, Jarlath Todd cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Donal Cronin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bodibeve McTom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Donal Cronin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bunglass reached it. Beothach O'Keefe hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Bunglass fans cheered their team off the field, for while Beennamweel had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
